Starting New Test Project

My company is starting a new test project, with 4 test developers.  How does the test project team organize their TestComplete project suite so that developers can maintain using common libraries and scripts, name mapping and object files, and Stores entities in a single source control repository?



Does anyone in the user community have reports of problems encountered, what to avoid, process, ANYTHING that will help our test development effort?

    A good starting point would be the Teamwork and Integration Into QA Process section of the online help. It gives the information on the way to organize the work of several testers over a single project suite, share project items, and integrate TestComplete with the source control and issue-tracking systems. I hope this would reduce some of your efforts.
