Spy tool unanable to resolve Chromium Edge downloads window

Hi all,   Is anyone able to spy the MS edge browser (91.0.864.41) pinned downloads window  opened with Ctrl+J?   The top-level window is possible but the elements it contains cannot be highlighte...

    An update.  If I disable the TestComplete browser extension it works!
