Source Control File Status Icons not getting updated correctly for some tests

Hi     My project suite has source control integration with Mercurial. When I committed the changes to the repository, for some keyword test files the file status icons still shows as 'Modified' ....

Refresh does not  update the icons. 

 I could not run the project from the TestExecute as it was showing that some tests were not accessible (the keyword tests which were showing 'Modified' icon in TC ) , I used TortoiseHg-> Add files  for theses tests from the File Explorer which resolved the issue with TestExecute. But in TC the file status icons did not change.
