Some troubleshooting things to try:
1. Make sure you followed all the installation instructions here.
2. Clear cache in Edge, close all instances of it (check Task Manager to be sure) and try to access the test extension again.
3. Uninstall and reinstall from the Chrome store and try to access it again.
4. Uninstall from the Chrome store, close all your Edge instances, and try again with the Installing Without Internet Access instructions at the link in Step 1.

Marsha_R , I tried all your steps but not successful.
I might be wrong, but I think TestComplete cannot recognize the extension. The work-around for me right now is to use Chrome and back to Edge when it works.
