"Open a case" redirect to list of "maybe related links", and SmartAssist seems to be the only way to create a case.
From what I remember, it infers what it understands from the current conversation, and use it as a subject to create a case. As far as I know, this subject cannot be edited later!
I've just manage to have it create a case supposedly... except that 15' later this case still does not appear in my Manage Case list. Even with Logout/Login...

I wish we could still just fill out the form how it used to work.
The AI chatbot sucks ass.
I asked Smartbear to please allow us to fill out the form again, but they basically said no.
