Setting up an Ideal Automation Framework for TestComplete

I am a new user using the TestComplete tool, Can anyone explain that want exactly the Automation framework means and what should be an Ideal Automation Framework. I am trying to Record a Web Based application. Thanks in Advance.

    I suggest doing some reading on the internet on the topic. The implentation of your framework has more to do with what you are tryng to achieve than the Test Complete product, IMO. Google test automation framework.
