Only a subset of TC options is available programmatically... I don't think the JavaBridge is one of them.

 

While you can export this setting from TestComplete (Tools -> Settings -> Export), there's no way of importing them into TestExecute.

 

The JavaBridge setting you're looking at isn't something that will affect anything via SVN so you don't need to worry about that.  As for messing with the environment, this is something that needs to be set in TestExecute directly anyways (run TestExecute, right click on systray icon, select options, go to JavaBridge).  I'm really not sure there's a programmatic way of doing this.

Let me clarify...  using native objects and such within TestComplete, you cannot programmatically set the JavaBridge options either for the project or for the larger environment.
