Hi,
Assuming that you followed steps described in this help article (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/automating/session-creator/index.html) and have TestComplete/TestExecute installed on the target test machine and SessionCreator corresponds to its version of TestComplete, if all the above is met, then I would create Support ticket via the https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/message/ form.
