Scripts not working in new environment and having trouble w/Wildcards
Hi,
My scripts won't run in our new qa web environment. I did somed research and found related tipics and submitted a suport ticket. The forum and SMB Support say to use wildcards.
However, I'm not sure I'm using them properly or this isn't the solution.
To be more specific, the support ticket's description is below.
At this point, I added a wildcard in the form of an * at the end of the url for the new environment and no luck.
So then I wanted to add a wildcard at the end of each page, but I'm not sure I"m doing it correctly.
To be more specific, when I load the url, the landing page/home page is not recognized by the tool and it fails. The welcome page has a number at the end of it which is different than what's in the script.
Do I need to add wildcards for all pages? Each page has the original page name w/number at the end that is +1 any number in the original QA environment.
Please see attached file for more detailed desciption.
