save image to a folder located in regions

Unfortunately though, there is no support for actual folders in Regions. You can create what appear to be folders in the UI, but in reality everything is stored as flat stucture. So be careful with your naming convention; you can't have items with the same name in different "folders", as they are actually all in the same folder on disk.



This is, by the way, a really annoying "feature" that I wish would be changed.
