    Apologies Heramb , Microsoft hosted machines ARE supported. I have alerted the team of the error so it can be updated.

Thanks AlexKaras & Rache1 . Initially we were trying the Microsoft hosted agents and ran into problems. So we carefully watched the video where it mentioned that Microsoft hosted agents are not supported and hence used Self hosted agents. We will try the Microsoft hosted agents again and get back here in case of any problems.
