    Apologies Heramb , Microsoft hosted machines ARE supported. I have alerted the team of the error so it can be updated.

Thanks Alex. The first video on one of the links you shared mentions that "Running TestComplete tests on Microsoft hosted agents is not supported".  Skip the video to 2:28 minutes to check. Here is the link you shared:

This was the primary reason behind my post. Before having someone look at it, we were wondering if we can get a confirmation that it works with Microsoft hosted agents. 

 

The application that we are testing is a Desktop application built using WPF.
