Is this an error coming from TestComplete or from your AUT?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I think its coming from testcomplete, but i'm not entirely sure. It's happening randomly when I run a script from testcomplete and i've only one project, so not sure if the it's the tool or the AUT

    Also, if it's happening regularly during one particular part of your tests, it would be helpful to have screenshots of your keyword test at that point and/or script code at that point.

        OK, the error is being generated in a SmartBear common files object of some sort so that DOES seem to be something involved with TestComplete.  However, the screenshot seems to be "old" in some way...

         

        What version of TC are you running?

         

        Regardless, this is probably something that should be addressed by SmartBear support directly at https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete
