As rraghvani stated this is community forum not support channel, and when you contact support you probably need to provide additional details, for example are you testing a desktop or web application.
I will attempt to take a crack at it, and to help isolate the root cause perform the following:
- Create a new project just to test this action, this help isolate NameMapping recognition.
- Run an existing test case you sure it used to work before the upgrade, this confirms a change happened not just new recording detection issue.
- Downgrade TestComplete to an earlier version to validate that it still works, this confirms a TestComplete issue not browser or OS libraries.
- If possible test against and earlier version of your application, this validate it is not an application change.
