Returning values from TMSAdvStringGrid

Question

I'm trying to return a value from a specific cell within a grid. We're using TMS grids. I'm trying to use the TMSAdvStringGrid object, but I'm not having any success. I'm attempting the use the wValue property however in the Object Brower I receive the following error message for the ColumnCount and RowCount. How do I return/read the value from a TMSAdvStringGrid object?
