Recorder for Keyword Test not working in TC 9.3
When attempting a to record a new keyword test or append to an existing nothing is added to the new test or appended to the existing one. Need a solution ASAP.

Hi Carolyn,
Make sure that TestComplete and your tested app are launched under the same account! As a rule, this behavior occurs in this situation.
