ReadyAPI from TC has stopped executing after license upgrade

Hi, I am running a ReadAPI test case from the TC project. It used to work before the SLM license update for both TC and ReadyAPI. Now when I try to execute ReadyAPI project from the TC it shows that it is executing the project, and never stops itself. Upon stopping the execution; no events, messages, or warnings are captured in the log. In the attached screenshot you will see that runtime is around 20 mins however time diff is 0.00 secs. May I know if there additional setup required with the new License?
