Using your local machine that has TC, it's not possible for TC (and other automation tools) to recognise any controls within the RDP. What you see on the RDP is streamed data/video feed, and not the actually UI objects.
But TC is installed on the RDP, shouldnt it work that way? The reason we have it setup like this is because we want to have a freshly installed computer for "nightly" builds that will install out software, run the tests and then report. Next time same situations with fresh installation.

Ah ok. If TC is installed on the RDP, then yes, it should work. You should see and have the following processes running,
You might have to reinstall TC again.

I do have those processes running. I will try to reinstall TC to check though thank you :)

It could be the version of TC you have installed, that may not be working properly too

Sadly still same issue but this time i fan only find TCHookX86, Test Complete and this TestCompleteService15.exe
and no testcomplete chrome host

Ensure you have the appropriate plugins/extension etc installed too.
