Has the issue only occurred, during the update of TestComplete?

No recent Update
Yes the issue occured only with "new" release 15.77, 15.78 & 15.79
If I re-install 15.76, All my Tests are running fine !

Wow, OK, I would open a support issue with SmartBear from the Help menu in TestComplete. You can also go here...
https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/ (Look for "Open a Case" in the bottom left of the page.)
