What are you performing zoom in/out on, windows application or web browser? How are you performing the zoom in/out operation?

Its a desktop application .I gave delay too before or after the zoom action but no change on screen .

    There is button in application for zoom in and out .It is clicking on button but after that not zooming the picture.
