Firefox Supported Version w TC 11.1

What is the newest Firefox version support with TC 11.1 without updated plug-in? I'm holding off updating to 40.0.3 until I know TC supports this version. This page indicates the Firefox v40update is...

    TestComplete 11.1 supports Firefox 40 out of the box.

Hello Helen,

 

thanks for the new patches.

The comparison of the configuration file (tcffhook.xml) provides the result.

Firefox Version 38 ESR (38.2.1) is simply not mentioned in the delivered version of the configuration file.

 

A corresponding screenshot of the content is attached (TestComplete_11_FireFoxESR38_DLLs1.jpg)

 

Instead the new configuration file contains the corresponding entries for Firefox 38ESR (38.2.1)

Is it sufficient to exchange the configuration file or is the exchange of the DLL mandatory.

    The configuration file alone is enough for 38 ESR.
