First of all, I would recommend to send a crash report to SmartBear as suggested and provide your contact information so that guys can contact you.
Another note, that there were problems with pdm.dll v.9.x and AQtime. AQtime did not crash, but maybe the cases might be related... The recommendation was to downgrade from pdm v9 to pdm v6 or v7. Unfortunately, because of licensing restrictions, SmartBear cannot include this dll into installer, so you have to look for it yourself. (BTW, it is highly possible that you have two of them, one in the OS system folder and another one in the <CommonFiles>\microsoft shared\VS7DEBUG folder. If you do, check their versions, and execute 'regsvr32 /u pdm.dll' for pdm v9 and then 'regsvr32 pdm.dll' for pdm v6 or v7).
