I use internal zip (no executable) with default options (normal compression).

Arf... Indeed: the archiver option is not attached to the project (as I thought I remembered) but to the TestComplete/TestExecute application, so it depends on the environment...

So by rebooting on my VM, it works immediately better 🐵
