We would like to formally report an issue preventing us from launching TestComplete. When starting the application, we are redirected to the browser for license authentication, but the process fails...
Support gave me a solution which does work, but I am not sure why.
You need launch TestComplete/TestExecute from the cmd line and use the /legacySLM switch.
Not really sure what this did, I still had to login on the website..etc, but this made it actually work.
