Q: How do I close/ignore any kind of error/unwanted popups that came in a TC2 before starting 3rd TC

Question- In a project 3 Test Cases. 1st Passes and 2nd fails but an pop up is on screen which is from 2nd TC.

Now I want to execute 3rd test case, so will the third test case will relaunch desktop application or will have focus on desktop application. Meaning, will TC3 run it from desktop application's home screen and then click menus while that error popup opened in TC2 remains in background?

Aim: I would like to continue test case3, even if TC2 fails and has some error screen or unexpected/unwanted error pop up. I would like to capture and/or close popup  so that TC3 can start from desktop application home screen and click menus for TC3.
