Project variables from Keyword tests are not getting identified while running from crossbrowsertesti

I have few variable created at Project level and test level.

 

When I am triggering Test execution from TestComplete, to execute from crossbrowsertesting.com (CBT), test gets started in CBT but project / Test variables are not getting identified and throwing exception saying particular variable not found.

 

Example: 

Code in Keyword test: Project.Variable.UserName

Execution Exception: UserName not found

Same script works fine in local machine.

    Hi vijayakrishnabv , please make sure that you are using the latest TestComplete version - 14.60

     

    If you are and still facing this, I think contacting Support  directly would be the best next step for deeper investigation.
