Project variables do not support unicode
Create a project variable with unicode string: Project.Variables.name = "السمعة"; however, in the project variable viewer the local value shows ???. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Hmm. Actually, if you set your language in the Control Panel | Regional and Language Options | Advanced | Language for non-Unicode programs option, everything should work.
