Project Suite Save As

Hello.  I was developing some scripts in a project suite within my own folder on a shared drive.  Once complete, I did a Save As to a more commonly shared network location for the rest of the team to use.  Little did I realize that I was just creating a new Project suite in that location that still linked back to the original directory.  I should have just copied and pasted the entire folder it would seem.  I had since made changes to the Project suite file, so my question is whether or not there is a way to take the new Project Suite file and use it to replace the original Project suite so I can then move the entire folder structure over with all of the most recent changes at both the script, name mapping level etc, and at the Project Suite level (Project Suite variables etc.).  Thanks!
