Project Log diagram problem

Question

I have a problem with my project log diagram.

I have more than 10 test log but on the Logs Page the diagram is empty. It shows nothing.

Everytging is default on the project settings. I've checked the Events Option Dialog settings and both checkboxes are checked.

I am not completely sure, but it might be related to Adobe Flash. Try installing Adobe Flash for Internet Explorer

I'm having the same problem, the log is completely blank for me after running a simple test opening Notepad, choosing File/Save As, File/Open, and File/Exit.

I'm new to Test Complete but the videos sure make it look like something should be showing up there.

Smartbear's reply for the issue:"According to the "Logs Page" help topic (http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/32280/), the diagram is filled only with information related to test items runs. Thus, try running your tests as test items. To learn about test items, please refer to the "Tests and Test Items" help topic (http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/29699/)."
