Problems with a TC10.5

Hi everyone!!



I got a license for Test Complete V10.50 but after that I installed it it was shown a windows which said  "Unable to find  an actived license for Mobile Devices Support module" so my question is,

Are there different license types which have specific modules??

Because I renewed my license(I had Tc V9), and I need to have the option to test Android Apps, but I dont know why the andriod module is missing  in my license

    Hi Cesar,


     


    Starting with TestComplete 10, the product has three modules: Web, Desktop and Mobile. Each module has a different license. I suggest that you refer to your account rep or our Sales Team to learn how your TestComplete 9 license was upgraded to TestComplete 10.

    I thought that as soon as the license was upgraded I can get the threes options that you mentioned (Web, Desktop and Mobile) but I see that I need other license to test mobile apps,



    Is there a link where I can see the prices of each module or if there is the case, the full version of Test Complete??
