Hello BernardFanthom,
It could be the firewall preventing TC from connecting to the internet, I suggest you to contact the network admin. As a last resort, you may also download a full and updated version of TC and install it as you did the first time you have installed Testcomplete.

Another way is to login into the SmartBear account and download the installation file from there: https://my.smartbear.com/
