Problem while opening the Test Complete

Hi,

I'm trying to evaluete the Test Complete to use it on my softwares, but I'm not able to install it. While the software is opening it crashes and give the following dump log.

I already try to install it in 3 different machines, and I have no success to use the Test Complete...

Someone can support me ?
