Please Contact Your System Administrator for a list of computers where the product is currently running

When running TestExecute, I get the following error message:



All the product instances allowed by your licence key are already in use (running).  No more instances can be launced at the moment.

Please Contact Your System Administrator for a list of computers where the product is currently running.








I'm trying to track down all the open instances so I can make sure they close. 



Where can I go to find this information?



I've tried the Licencing Troubleshooter, but get a 404 error when choosing "I get an error message when starting a product".



I've tried the documentation in TestComplete > Licencing Guide > Troubleshooting > All the Platforms Allowed by Your License Key Are Already in Use (Running)



I'ved searched for product is currently running"



Any idea how to do this?
