Perforce SCC plugin for TC 10

I did go through that. My doubt was should I have TC and 32 bit provider on the same machine for TC to identify perforce?

If we have perforce installed in some other server where TC isn't installed how do we tackle this problem?

These weren't present in the link given...hence my post :) 

Hoping to get some help here...
