I guess the problem is actually caused by the following code line:
set TestInstance = LoadTesting.Tests.TestByName(QA_Login)
Let me quote the "Tests.TestByName" ( http://www.automatedqa.com/support/viewarticle.aspx?aid=4567 ) help topic:
Name [in] Required String
So, the value passed to the Tests.TestByName method must be a string. If QA_Login is actually the name of the test and not a name of a string variable which stores the name of the test, you need to use the following code line instead:
set TestInstance = LoadTesting.Tests.TestByName("QA_Login")
