Out of memory issue while reporting issue in Bugzilla through TestComplete

Hi,

Got "Out of memory" error while reporting issue in Bugzilla  through test complete.

I am able to connect to Bugzilla server --> after entering values --> click on Submit --> 'Out of memory' error displays

Can any one help to resolve this.

Is there setting to dcrease size of files/images etc.
