Thank you for the quick reply.
Seems that all preconditions are fulfilled:
Desktop Applications Testing and Java Application Support enabled under Desktop extensions.
Open applications enabled under Common extensions.
Java policy file was edited with required grant groups. We have edited both policy files (32 and 64).
Although on our VM, there is only Java 6 installed. Could it be that this is causing issues with TC?
