Only Part of Recorded Test Shows Up?

We have a test where I watched the user record the test as usual, and when we stopped recording, TC came up as usual, but only some of the recorded test shows. How can this be fixed?



TC9, keyword test.

    What do you mean by "only some of the recorded test shows"? You don't see that some actions in one test passed, or you don't see the entire test results. Please clarify.
