Objects are Recorded for 1 Windows User but not the Other?

At my company, we all login to a server to create TC tests. When I login with my Windows account, recording works great. But it I log in as another user, nothing gets recorded. Any ideas how to fix t...

I asked our IT department, and they verified we are all Admin users.

    I checked, but those settings were already enabled for all users.

      In this case it's best to contact Support so they can help troubleshoot this problem.
