Object Spy selecting the whole window

Hello, thanks for the help you are giving me. I have a question: In some windows when I use Object Spy, it selects the whole window and can't select a single object of this. What could be happening?

    Is this a browser or application?



    If browser then the extension is likely failing/out of date/requires a patch.



    If application then what type of application?

    Web testing enabled?



    Sounds like the Chrome extension is probably out of date though.



    What versions of TestComplete and Chrome ....
