Object Spy does not detect anything for my mobile

Hi



I am facing issue in object  spy not able to detect any thing in mobile except the main screen

. Please check the details as required by you-


 


 - What device are you using?

Nexus 5


 - What Android version is installed on it?

4.4 kit kat

Are you using a physical device or an emulator?

Physical device


 - Did you enable the Developer option on your device?

Yes I have enabled developer option


 - What TestComplete version are you using?

Test complete trial version

    Hi Vinod,



    I hope i understand correctly your question, but you wont be able to identify objects for the (Android) OS. Only for the application that has been instrumented and not the device. It's imperative that the steps on this page be followed.



    Make sure that the application is active and then try using object spy again. You should be able to identify the various supported controls.

    Hi Alex,



    Its the main screen of the device  which only i can spy.

    Did all the Preparing of the device

    I am unable to spy the objects of any app from device.

    Kindly help me out find the solution for this.

    You shouldnt have installed the drivers, so You must unload them to get all the informations that you need
