If it's a .Net application, you may not have all the necessary runtime libraries installed. Or your TC may be having issues access the license server. I suggest you check all your settings including, https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/extending/extensions-dialog.html

Extensions: Has been set to "select all". I can see everything enabled except HP QC, which I do not need. Script extensions as well all are allowed.

Our team has set our network to allow all the API's mentioned in the above link.

Anything else, that you can think that cause testcomplete map objects and display it?
