I think your coding should look like this,

for (var index = 0; index < reqObj["wItemCount"]; index++)
{
    if (reqObj["Items"]["Item"](index)["Name"] == value)
    {
        var objItem = reqObj["Items"]["Item"](index)["Name"];
        objItem["ClickItem"]();
    }
}
