Not able to know the object details through inspect

You can try below options,

 

columntext = aqConvert.VarToStr(guiObject.get_ColumnText(3))

(Or)

columnsArray = guiObject.toArray();

for(var i = 0 ; i < columnsArray.Length ; i++)
{
Log.Message(aqConvert.VartoStr(columnsArray[i].oleValue))
}
