Not able to activate the Testcomplete license

Hi team,



    I have downloded the testcomplete trail version .I lost the internet connectivity while trying to activate the license ,now after resolving the internet connectivity issue when i am tring to activate the license it is giving error like The license key is already used so i can't download the license file. Can someone please help me on this issue
