Node Locked License not working after Windows re-installation

My license key is not working after I did Windows re-installation.



How do I use same key again?

    Hi Krupal,


     


    You should have deactivated the license from the computer before reinstalling the OS. Now, restoring the license is possible only with the Support Team assistance. Please follow the steps below to collect the information needed to restore the license:


    1. Start the product. You will be prompted to activate the license.


    2. Select an option to activate the license. The 'License Activation Wizard' dialog will be opened.


    3. Select the 'Manual activation' option in the dialog.


    4. The 'Manual Activation - Step 1 of 5' window will appear. Click 'Next'.


    5. If you're prompted, click 'Yes' in the 'License Activation Note' window.


    6. The 'Manual Activation - Step 2 of 5' window will appear. Specify the path to store the c2v file from your server and click 'Next'.


    7. Click 'Close' to abandon the activation procedure and send the generated c2v file to our TestComplete Support team.
