New User Keyword Test Web
Hello,
New user, no programming background, so be gentle. ;-)
I’m not sure how to explain this, so please refer to the images in the attached file.
Image 1:
When a date is entered into the District Received Date (then tab), the Case Due date above it is populated. This update appears to take place BETWEEN tabbing OUT of the Dist Received Date and tabbing INTO the Placement Consent Given field.
When the test is running, it seems to get stuck between these two, so I get an error on the Placement Consent Given field that appears to indicate an issue with the parent object. I think the problem lies in the pageEvaluationMaintenanceEntity41 line between the two operations (the “parent” of the operation that keeps getting the error) (see image 2).
I’ve tried just about everything possible: Inserted a delay, both before and after (and every other possible configuration), Call Object Method, Insert Property Checkpoint, Set Auto-Wait Timeout, updating the object in name mapping and of course If Object. I just can’t seem to get past this line – obviously I’m grasping at straws, since I don’t know what most of these operations do. Any words of advice? An operation that might work here?
Thank you!
P.S. Found I cannot attach a word document. How can I demonstrate the issue?
