Network suite is letting test complete to get in hanged (Not Responding) state when we try to add base path on slave machine even though the verification went successful for the host server.

not sure if this issue relates to your issue;

I cannot add hosts to the Hosts editor of TestComplete (v. 9.30),

I have a VM, which I can ping to successfully and can log in to it successfully using Remote Desktop, however as soon as I do a Verify action in TestComplete the response is "invalid address".. (see attached screenshot)





Do you have any idea what this could be?
