network suit (disterbution test ) crashes

hi, im useing TC9 and im trying to run disterbution test's the problem is that 6 out of 10 time TC crashes. please advise  see the attached dump file and screenshot  thank you, ...

Do you have the latest version of the tool - TestComplete 9.10? If not, please install this version and let me know whether the same problem exists with it.
