Name mapping file getting corrupted when updating or adding objects to name mapping test compelete 10.4

Hi Guys,



we are doing windows application automation, when updating or adding the objects to name mapping its getting corrupted  and it showing "tccore.dll" error. 



becuase of this issue we are abnormally terminating the Test comeple application.



Can any one help me..
